# 考核流程設置
* 流程設置步驟：\
［補充指標庫］>［評分規則設置］>［指標設定 (考核模板)］>［發起考核］
* 系統內有常用模版可供選用，以方便管理員設置考核
* 過往曾經進行過的考核，都會儲存在"考核模板"中，以供日後使用
## 1. 評分規則設置
* 操作步驟：\
［智能績效］>［考核管理］>［考核模板］，點選 "新增模板"
* 考核管理員最多可設定5人，被考核成員上限100人，超出100人需再訂閱
## 2. 指標設定 (善用模版庫)
* 評分規則系統預設為不設置，總分規則預設為"加和"計算
* 啟用維度權重計算時，請確保所有考核維度的權重總和等於 100%，才能點選進入下一步
* 考核維度支援自訂新增和快速添加
* 系統內亦有模版庫的範例可供選用，以方便管理員設置考核。點選套用，套用系統範本後也可從指標庫增加指標。
* 指標編輯，評分方式有直接輸入，公式計算

## 3. 流程設置
* 設置考核流程時，需要完成整個考核流程的制定後，才能點擊下一步。節點明細如下:
**【指標制定】** 預設系統為【執行人】，但管理員可以選擇由被考核人或主管制定指標。只有選擇後兩者時，才具備添加指標的權限。
**【指標確認】** 預設為關閉，開啟後可進行設置。即使不開啟指標確認，流程仍可進行，系統會自動確認指標。
**【執行中】** 為業務節點，需由考勤管理員點擊 「開始評分」後進入自評環節，此流程無需額外配置。
**【評分】** 預設為開啟，「自評、互評和上級評分」 按公司設定輸入評分權重(％) ，總和必須等於100%，才能儲存並進入下一步。
**【互評】** 預設為開啟，可選擇同級人員進行互評，並需設定評分權重。
* 若選擇**依指標評分**，需填寫指標評語和考核評語。
* 若選擇**只評總分**，指標評語將自動置灰，無需填寫。
**【上級評分】** 預設為開啟，需輸入評分權重，可在此節點進行"駁回"。"駁回"即上級評分時，若發現被考核人的評分存在問題（如評分過高或其他異常），可在評分流程中進行駁回，要求重新評分或提供補充說明。
**【指定評分人】** 需在新增指標時啟用，才能進入此流程。
**【審批節點】** 預設為關閉，開啟後上級評分結束時需由績效管理員審批，並可在此節點進行"駁回"操作。
**【抄送節點】** 預設為關閉，開啟後審核流程結束時，系統會自動將考核數據抄送給指定人員。
**【績效結果與等級】** 預設為關閉，開啟後系統將根據分數自動匹配績效等級，可新增最多20個等級，超過20個時按鈕將置灰。
**【訊息提醒】** 啟動考核後，APP將收到考核開始的提醒通知。
**【儲存與發起】**
* 點選 **儲存**：可儲存範本但不發起考核。
* 點選 **儲存並發起**：直接啟動考核流程。
