# 考核管理

**績效的核心三個功能是：**\
**首先補充指標庫，其次完善考核模板，最後發起考核。**

1. 完成基礎設置後，管理員即可進行考核流程設置。

設定包括:

* 評分規則
* 指標設定
* 流程設置

2. 完成流程設置後，管理員即可啟動考核流程。
3. 考核流程全部完成後，相關記錄將保存在考核結果中，供後續分析使用。
