# \[假期管理] 為什麼假期更改後系統未有為員工更新假期額度 ?

若員工已加入相應的假期並已生成，即使更改假期內容，系統只會在下個週期才開始計算新規則。

然而需要套用到本年度並在今個週期開始計算，需要在假期中先移除員工再重新綁定該員工。

編輯「假期規則」＞「適用員工」＞移除員工＞「保存」整個規則＞再次編輯「假期規則」＞重新加入員工＞「保存」

另外，如果員工今個週期本身有請假紀錄，需要到「請假紀錄」＞「導出請假紀錄」＞再把員工的假期重新導入（「新增請假紀錄」＞「批量導入」）。

否則系統不會把過往的請假紀錄與現時的假期條件連繫。

例子：年假在2021年度1月1日已實施並有7天，但2月1日更改為10天。而員工A在1月1日至2月1日期間有3天請假紀錄。

基於2021年度1月1日設置的7天年假已經實施，所以2月1日10天年假的內容會在2022年度發放。如果要在2021年度1月1日開始發放10天，需要在更改好10天年假的假期先移除「適用員工」，保存後再次進入年假，重新加入員工。

而在1月1日至2月1日期間的3天請假紀錄（根據7天年假而扣），需要在請假紀錄導出，再重新導入，才可以連繫到10天年假的額度。
