# \[假期管理]已審核通過的請假單天數計算錯誤該如何處理？

修改已經審批通過的請假單數據方法如下：

方式一：到考勤管理→當月考勤→請假記錄找到該張單據→點單據右側的「編輯」但無需修改任何內容直接儲存。系統會重新計算天數，多扣除的年假系統自動退回員工的年假餘額。

註：單據審核頁顯示天數維持原始數值，不會變更。（僅顯示）

方式二：如系統已設置可撤銷已審批通過的請假單，則可讓員工撤銷原審批單，重新發起請假。
