進入\[員工狀態管理]>\[離職管理]，點擊員工所在行末尾的\[操作]>\[調整離職信息]，更新離職日期、結算日期、離職原因等信息並提交。
⚠️注：若已薪酬管理生成離職結算單，**須先刪除原有結算單**，修改離職信息後，重新進行離職結算。
