**OA審批增加退回功能**
OA 審批流程新增單據退回功能。審批人在處理待辦單據時，若發現填報信息有誤、材料不全或內容不符合要求，可執行退回操作，將單據回退至發起方 / 上一處理節點。退回後單據狀態同步更新，原處理人可查看退回原因、修正內容並重新提交審批，進一步提升審批流轉效率與單據準確率。
**OA審批增加手寫簽名控件**
OA 審批系統新增手寫簽名控件。人員辦理審批並選擇「同意」時，需在指定區域完成線上手寫簽名。簽名內容將同步保存至單據內，作為正式審批憑證，實現審批全程可追溯，強化線上審批的規範性與有效性。
**OA審批增加下載模板配置，員工根據配置的模板下載pdf**
OA 審批新增模板下載配置功能。管理員可在後台統一配置對應業務 PDF 模板，員工發起審批時，依據流程分類，直接線上下載指定模板，便於填寫資料後上傳提交，規範單據格式，提升辦理效率。
**員工自助排班，支持在APP提交自己的排班**
系統新增員工自助排班功能，員工可直接透過手機 APP，根據自身情況選擇並提交個人排班安排。線上操作便捷高效，無需線下登記，優化排班提報流程。
**APP支持批量補卡**
APP 開放批量補卡功能。員工無需逐筆單獨申請，可一次性選取多個缺卡日期，批量提交補卡申請，簡化操作步驟，提升考勤補辦效率。
**自定義公式增加AI寫公式**
系統自訂公式功能升級，新增AI 寫公式輔助工具。使用者只需以文字描述計算邏輯、業務規則，AI 便可智慧解析並自動生成標準公式，無需手動編寫程式語法，大幅降低公式配置門檻，提升設定效率。
**月工資表支持鎖定和解鎖，鎖定後不支持修改薪酬數據**
月薪資表新增鎖定 / 解鎖管理功能。管理人員可依作業進度對薪資表執行鎖定操作，鎖定狀態下所有薪酬相關數據將禁止編輯、變更；需調整資料時，完成解鎖後方可恢復修改權限，保障薪資數據安全與準確性。
**審批記錄根據審批類型顯示字段**
審批記錄頁面優化，新增依審批類型動態顯示欄位功能。系統會根據當前單據所屬審批類型，自動載入並展示對應專用欄位，隱藏無關內容，方便使用者快速查閱重點資訊，提升瀏覽與查詢效率。
