## 更新詳情
1. **薪酬管理支持根據職級設置調薪項目的薪資，確認企業使用統一薪酬標準**
此功能解決企業薪酬管理中，不同類型員工的職級、調薪調級對薪資計算的影響。
首先，需要定義職級體系，然後設計薪酬結構，最後設計調薪機制。
* 設置職級
操作：「薪酬管理」 > 「薪資數據」 > 「薪酬標準」 > 「完善職級」
進入「職級管理」 > 「管理職級通道」 > 「薪資職級通道」 > 填寫職級通道名稱 > 「確定」
「新增職級」 > 填寫職級信息 > 「保存」
* 設置薪資檔位
回到 「薪酬數據」 頁面，會直接同步剛剛建立的職級體系，並且薪酬檔位默認出現三檔。
如果需要更多檔位，可以點擊 「設置薪酬檔位」，修改薪酬 「檔位數量」，同時也可以修改「薪酬檔位名稱」，最後點擊 「確定」 。
確定好薪酬檔位後，可以編輯各職級對應的薪酬檔位的固定工資
操作：「更多功能」 > 「在線編輯」 > 「修改固定工資」 > 「保存並生效」
* 辦理調薪
操作： 「當前工資」 > 「辦理調薪」 > 「單個調薪」
進入調薪頁面，為員工選擇 「定薪職級」 ，也可以修改調薪後薪資 ，填寫相關信息後點 「保存」
此時，已經把員工的薪資確定，之後就是加入薪資組，按薪資模板進行薪資計算即可。
在計算薪資時，如果同月內，有員工的職級或檔位調整，薪資也可以自動按規則正確計算。
2. **公告管理支持新增分組，發布公告新增簽收確認功能**
公告管理的新增公告，新增了發佈人、公告類別、需要員工簽收等設置。
可以在新增公告時候，直接新增公告類別：
例如，發佈一個需要員工簽收的公告，效果如下：
PC端：自助服務平台查看公告通知，當員工點擊 「我已閱」 即表示已簽收。
APP 效果：
3. **APP 外勤打卡優化**
當考勤組打卡設置了外勤打卡，設置了必填項，會在外勤打卡的loading狀態時彈出提示。
例如，外勤打卡必須要附上圖片，在APP 打卡時，會在拍照或使用上傳照片時，正常提示上傳中和上傳成功。若未填寫必填項，則會提示請上傳附件。
4. **APP 假期餘額顯示優化**
APP 的假期餘額開啟「精簡版」後，將會隱藏掉滾存餘額、已使用餘額、已過期餘額等字段。只展示主要的發放週期、發放日期、發放額度、剩餘額度、有效時間。用戶不需要再在屏幕拖動查看數據。
