A：無法恢復，需要重新發起。

Q：已經審批通過的審批單，發起人如何補充附件材料？

 A：有兩種解決方案：

方式1：發起人通過評論方式在原審批單上傳附件並保存。

方式2：如果系統設置了可撤回審批單，則發起人可撤回重新發起。
