# 停用和刪除審核表單

操作步驟： \
①［審核管理］>［審批表單］> 點選對應審核表單下的 「停用」 \
② 停用後的審核表單，即顯示在頁面的已停用群組裡，點選 「刪除」 \
③ 點選 「確認」，即可完全刪除審核表單, 審批範本將永久刪除，且不可恢復
