# 會議室預定

## 1. 新增會議室 <a href="#id-1-add-meeting-room" id="id-1-add-meeting-room"></a>

* 操作步驟:\
  ［用戶中心］>［會議室預定］> ［會議室管理］> ［新增會議室］
* 輸入會議室名稱及所在工作地點以設定會議室資訊。
* 可於［操作］設定指定會議室是否開放預定，亦會即時顯示會議室狀態於名稱旁。

* 打開APP > 日程 > ［＋］> 選擇會議室> 選擇預定日期和時間
* 於日程可看到會議室預約紀錄
