# 基本设置
* 生成工资表并完成核对后，便可按［生成强积金供款结算书］生成电子档案提交至相关机构。
## 1. 基本设定
* 当按下后系统将会转到新页面，请在此点选公司以进行设定。
* 管理员需先在设定页面中确认公司基本资料是否正确，如果有误请按［编辑］修改。

## 2. 强积金组合
* 管理员需在系统中设定各款员工所需的强积金组合。请根据下图指示输入即可新增。
## 3. 供款群组
1\. 页如公司有多于一个强积金组合，管理员可以在［新增供款群组］设定员工适用的强积金组合。 \
2\. 进入设定页面后，管理员需选择强积金组合并拣选适合的员工。当确认资料无误后， 请输入组别名称然后按［保存］就可以了。
## 4. 员工户口
1\. 有些强积金公司需要在文档中填写强积金帐号，管理员可以在员工户口那一栏中 按［编辑］填写。 \
2\. 确认填写的帐号资料无误后请按［保存］就可以储存帐号并会在文档中显示。
## 5. 供款表格管理
*表格资料*
1\. 管理员可以在强积金管理页面按［新增表格］。 \
2\. 进入表格页面后，管理员请先确认公司资料是否正确。如发现错误可在此修改，但修改后的内容并不会保留到下一次。如果想系统保留公司基本资料，请在上方［1. 基本设定］中设置。 \
3\. 管理员可以在付款群组中点选设定的群组，然后系统就会自动载入其他栏位的强积金资料。 \
4\. 管理员亦需在下方打上计划编号用以提交文档给强积金公司。 \
5\. 管理员可因应公司需求拣选用付款银行、支付方式和提交表格的日期。 \
6\. 当确认所有资料无误后请按［保存］然后按［下一步］。\

* 请先选择工资表月份，然后拣选适合计划的员工。当确认所有资料无误后请按［保存］ 然后按［下一步］。
*概览*
* 管理员可以看到那些员工是首次供款，那些员工是非首次供款。
* 当确认所有资料无误后请按［生成表格］然后按［检视表格］。
* 及后管理员应该会看到一份 PDF 文档，只需下载并发送给相关强积金公司即完成。

## 6. 强积金报告
* 如果管理员想查看当月／过往月份的纪录，可以在［强积金报告］检阅。进入页面后可以因应需求拣选不同年份、季度或月份查看强积金资料。
