# 考核流程设置

* 流程设置步骤：\
  ［补充指标库］>［评分规则设置］>［指标设定 (考核模板)］>［发起考核］
* 系统内有常用模版可供选用，以方便管理员设置考核
* 过往曾经进行过的考核，都会储存在"考核模板"中，以供日后使用

## 1. 评分规则设置 <a href="#id-1-scoring-rule-setting" id="id-1-scoring-rule-setting"></a>

* 操作步骤：\
  ［智能绩效］>［考核管理］>［考核模板］，点选 "新增模板"
* 考核管理员最多可设定5人，被考核成员上限100人，超出100人需再订阅

## 2. 指标设定 (善用模版库) <a href="#id-2-indicator-setting" id="id-2-indicator-setting"></a>

* 评分规则系统预设为不设置，总分规则预设为"加和"计算
* 启用维度权重计算时，请确保所有考核维度的权重总和等于 100%，才能点选进入下一步
* 考核维度支援自订新增和快速添加
* 系统内亦有模版库的范例可供选用，以方便管理员设置考核。点选套用，套用系统范本后也可从指标库增加指标。
* 指标编辑，评分方式有直接输入，公式计算

## 3. 流程设置 <a href="#id-3-process-setting" id="id-3-process-setting"></a>

* 设置考核流程时，需要完成整个考核流程的制定后，才能点击下一步。节点明细如下:

**【指标制定】** 预设系统为【执行人】，但管理员可以选择由被考核人或主管制定指标。只有选择后两者时，才具备添加指标的权限。

【**指标确认】** 预设为关闭，开启后可进行设置。即使不开启指标确认，流程仍可进行，系统会自动确认指标

【**执行中**】 为业务节点，需由考勤管理员点击 「开始评分」后进入自评环节，此流程无需额外配置。

**【评分**】 预设为开启，「自评、互评和上级评分」 按公司设定输入评分权重(％) ，总和必须等于100%，才能储存并进入下一步。

**【互评**】 预设为开启，可选择同级人员进行互评，并需设定评分权重。

* 若选择**依指标评分**，需填写指标评语和考核评语。
* 若选择**只评总分**，指标评语将自动置灰，无需填写。

【**上级评分**】 预设为开启，需输入评分权重，可在此节点进行"驳回"。 "驳回"即上级评分时，若发现被考核人的评分存在问题（如评分过高或其他异常），可在评分流程中进行驳回，要求重新评分或提供补充说明。

【**指定评分人**】 需在新增指标时启用，才能进入此流程。

【**审批节点**】 预设为关闭，开启后上级评分结束时需由绩效管理员审批，并可在此节点进行"驳回"操作。

【**抄送节点】** 预设为关闭，开启后审核流程结束时，系统会自动将考核数据抄送给指定人员。

【**绩效结果与等级**】 预设为关闭，开启后系统将根据分数自动匹配绩效等级，可新增最多20个等级，超过20个时按钮将置灰。

【**讯息提醒】** 启动考核后，APP将收到考核开始的提醒通知。

【**储存与发起】**

* 点选 **储存**：可储存范本但不发起考核。
* 点选 **储存并发起**：直接启动考核流程。
