# \[权限管理] 排班管理员与考勤管理员有什么分别?
**考勤管理员:**
当员工拥有整个「 考勤管理」的权限 ，他可以透过后台或手机APP编辑公司全部考勤组的设定以及进行编更。另外亦可查看全公司员工的考勤情况及下载报表。
**排班管理員:**
指派「排班管理员」的权限予员工后，该员工即能透过后台或手机APP为特定的排班制考勤组编更。而这些排班管理员只能看到、编辑自己权力范围内的考勤组的更次。
