# 什麼是工作表？

在 YOOV PLUS 中，**工作表**是應用中用於存儲和管理業務數據的核心元素，類似於一張功能強大的線上 Excel。

與傳統表格不同的是，工作表中的每一行數據（稱為「記錄」）不僅能存儲文字和數字，還支援附件、關聯其他表的數據、觸發自動化工作流等豐富功能。

無論是員工名冊、客戶檔案、訂單管理、工單記錄，還是任何您過去用紙本或試算表管理的數據，都可以透過工作表來實現數碼化管理。
