# 應用多語言
## 1.功能簡介
為了滿足跨國團隊或多語言用戶的協作需求，YOOV Plus 提供了強大的 **應用多語言** 功能。透過此功能，應用管理員可以為應用內的各項介面文案配置多種語言的翻譯，並提供 AI 自動翻譯輔助，讓不同語言背景的用戶在使用同一應用時，能夠看到各自熟悉的語言介面。
目前系統支援配置的語言包括：**簡體中文、繁體中文、English、Bahasa Indonesia（印尼語）、Español（西班牙語）、Français（法語）、日本語、韓語**。
## 2.支援翻譯的文案範圍
應用多語言功能涵蓋了應用內絕大部分的自訂文案，主要包括以下分類：

| **應用屬性** | 應用名稱、應用說明 |
| **應用權限組** | 應用權限組名稱、應用權限組描述 |
| **業務邏輯** | 公開表單名稱、自訂動作按鈕名稱、業務規則名稱 |
| **工作表** | 工作表名稱、工作表分組名稱、自訂頁面名稱、視圖名稱 |
| **工作表欄位** | 欄位名稱、提示文字、描述資訊、選項集（單選/多選選項） |
| **工作流** | 工作流範本名稱 |
## 3.操作流程：配置應用多語言

#### 進入配置入口
進入任意應用後，點擊左上角的應用名稱旁的下拉箭頭，選擇 **「應用管理」**。在左側導航欄中點擊 **「應用多語言」** 即可進入管理介面。

#### 添加多語言
在應用多語言管理頁面，點擊右上角的 **「語言管理」** 按鈕。
在彈出的視窗中，點擊 **「添加語言」**，從下拉清單中選擇需要支援的語言（例如 English），然後點擊確認。您可以根據需要添加多種語言，並可設定預設語言或控制某種語言是否啟用。

#### 進行文案翻譯
添加語言後，系統會列出應用內所有需要翻譯的文案。您可以透過左側導航欄切換不同的文案分類（如應用屬性、工作表、工作表欄位等）。
系統提供兩種翻譯方式：**手動翻譯** 和 **AI 批量翻譯**。
**1、手動翻譯**
適用於需要精確控制翻譯用語的場景。
1. 在左側選擇文案分類。
2. 找到需要翻譯的原文，點擊右側的 **「編輯」** 按鈕。
3. 在彈出的視窗中，手動輸入對應語言的翻譯內容，點擊保存。
**2、AI 批量翻譯**
適用於快速完成大量文案的初步翻譯。
* 在翻譯列表頁面，切換到需要翻譯的文案項目。
* 點擊列表上方的 **「AI 翻譯」** 按鈕。
* 在彈出的「AI 翻譯」設定視窗中，選擇 **翻譯目標語言**，並可選擇性填寫 **補充翻譯指令**（例如指定某些專有名詞的翻譯方式）。
* 點擊確認後，系統將自動調用 AI 進行翻譯。翻譯完成後，結果會自動填入對應的語言列中。您可以對 AI 的翻譯結果進行人工檢查和微調。

## 4.各模塊翻譯配置示例
除了在「應用多語言」總後台進行集中翻譯外，在配置應用的各個模塊時，系統也會自動將新增的文案納入多語言管理中。
**工作表配置示例：**
在建立工作表或配置欄位時，輸入的名稱會作為原文記錄。

## 5.用戶端使用效果
配置並發布多語言後，應用用戶即可在前端介面切換語言。
### 切換語言
用戶可以在系統右上角的個人設定選單中，切換系統的顯示語言（例如切換為 English）。
### 翻譯後效果
切換語言後，應用內的名稱、工作表、欄位等文案，將自動顯示為管理員配置的對應語言翻譯。
**翻譯後切換語言示例：**

若某個文案尚未配置對應語言的翻譯，系統將預設顯示原文（通常為用戶創建應用時的語言）。為確保最佳的使用者體驗，建議在發布應用前，檢查所有核心文案是否已完成翻譯。
