# 假期設置
* 假期設置是方便給管理員設定自動提醒，例如員工假期餘額過期，員工請假提醒，和硬性年假提醒等。假期設置亦可自訂請假人數上限，以方便公司管理員工。
## 1. 假期餘額失效提醒
### 1.1 系統自動提醒
* 操作步驟：\
［假期管理］>［提醒設定］> 「啟用」 假期餘額過期提醒
* 「啟用」 假期餘額過期提醒，可以設定提醒多少天提醒員工假期失效，並選擇適用的假期，完成設定後，到員工假期到期提醒時間點，系統會自動發送訊息給員工
### 1.2 手動發送提醒
操作步驟： \
［假期管理］>［假期餘額］>［員工假期餘額(明細)］> 點選 「失效提醒」
手動點選 「失效提醒」 後，系統會立刻發送訊息提醒員工APP，員工APP會收訊息提醒
## 2. **其他提醒**
### 2.1 員工請假提醒
* 操作步驟：\
［假期管理］>［提醒設置］> 按 「啟用」 開啓提醒，設定提醒對象、提醒時間、提醒方式，點選 「保存」
## 3. 請假設置
* 管理員可設定每個/指定部門每日/自定日期內的最多請假人數，以免因太多員工於同一時段內請假，而導致人手不足。
* 操作步驟：\
［假期管理］>［提醒設置］> ［請假設置］> 按 「啟用」 > 可選擇部門和修改人數上限及限制時間 > 點選 「保存」
* 開啟 \[請假人數上限]後，可設定部門每日或自定時段的請假人數上限
