# 審批記錄管理
## 1. 功能描述
* 管理員可於系統中查看、轉交、導出以及下載審批紀錄。
## 2. 查看審核及紀錄
* 操作步驟： \
［審批管理］>［審批記錄］
* 方便管理員查看、列印、導出及下載過往的紀錄。
* 同時亦可以點選各個審批標題查看的項目詳情，包括：請假時長、類型、批核狀態等 。
* 系統亦設有篩選功能，可按需要輸入相應的類型、狀態、時間等。幫助管理員更準確而且快速地尋找審批紀錄，節省時間。
## 3. 轉交未審批的審批單
* 設定了允許轉交的審批，可以將審批申請轉交給其他人處理。
* 操作步驟： \
方法①［審核管理］>［審批記錄］> 點選未核准的操作下的 「轉交」\
