# 指标库
## 1. 新增指标分类
* 可新增自定义的指标分类，方便管理不同类型的指标。
* 「未分类」 为系统预设分组，不可删除。
## 2. 新增指标
* 在指标库添加新的指标，可在设定 "新增考核模板" 时选择添加此自定的新增指标，再进行考核。
* 在1. 指标库或在 2. 设定 "新增考核模板" 时按 "添加指标" 亦可设置 "自订公式" 计算评分。

## 3. 导入导出指标
* **导入指标**：下载模板后，按照格式填写需要汇入的指标信息，然后选择文件进行导入。
* **导出指标库：**支持将指标库中的所有数据汇出，便于备份或共享使用。
