# \[自助入职] 管理员处理自助入职申请时，为什么不能选未来的日子？
一般在新员工上班首日，才会办理签工作合约和确认入职登记等。如提早办理确认入职登记，则应为”待入职”阶段，因此在处理自助入职申请的确认入职时，不能选未来日子。
如下图，在新增”待入职”员工时，预计入职时间就能选未来日子。
如我提早了邀请员工办理入职登记，可以怎样做？
例子：今天是2022/10/19，员工Joey今天到公司签约和填写入职申请，将于2022/10/21首天上班。
1. 在Joey的入职申请表按「查看详情」。
2. 点选预计入职日期2022/10/21和完成余下的员工资讯部分。
3. 在Joey首天上班当日，才按「确认入职登记」。
4. 在员工状态管理「办理入职」。之后员工便能根据你所绑定的电邮注册/电话直接登录到系统。
