# 成本拆分
* 维护成本拆分比例，可按员工或按角色拆分成本
* 操作步骤：\
① 进入「成本拆分」 设置，将新增的统计项加入到成本拆分项里，按确定。\
② 按入「维护成本拆分比例」，此处有按员工、角色两种方式进行比例拆分，如需增加按角色拆分，需要先到 「用户中心」 设置角色关联员工。\
③ 点击 「新增拆分比例」，若按员工则选择员工，若按角色，则选择角色，然后选择成本中心，设置比例，比例设置最终需要等于100%。\
④ 拆分后，点击 「拆分汇总」，可以查看员工所在的成本中心的拆分占比。\
⑤ 返回至成本拆分界面，系统自动算出该员工的薪资在的各个成本中心的成本各是多少。按 \[成本汇总] 可见成本按"成本中心"拆分人力成本。\
