# 审批记录管理
## 1. 功能描述
* 管理员可于系统中查看、转交、导出以及下载审批纪录。
## 2. 查看审核及纪录
* 操作步骤：\
［审批管理］>［审批记录］
* 方便管理员查看、列印、导出及下载过往的纪录。
* 同时亦可以点选各个审批标题查看的项目详情，包括：请假时长、类型、批核状态等 。
* 系统亦设有筛选功能，可按需要输入相应的类型、状态、时间等。帮助管理员更准确而且快速地寻找审批纪录，节省时间。
## 3. 转交未审批的审批单
* 设定了允许转交的审批，可以将审批申请转交给其他人处理。
* 操作步骤： \
方法 ①［审核管理］>［审批记录］> 点选未核准的操作下的 「转交」 \
